Successfully managed the global integration of Spraylat Electronic Materials business unit into PPG’s Industrial Coatings SBU, with responsible for the bottom line P&L of the business. Developed and implemented new technology solutions approach for key OEM and Tier One manufacturers enabling strategic technology innovation for new applications in the automotive, consumer electronics, and medical device markets.  This business achieved year over year profitable growth, while enabling multiply cross SBU growth projects.  Oversaw development of on-ship shielding solutions technology, as well EV battery pack shielding coatings and PTC based printable heating solutions for automotive and healthcare applications.  Identified and managed relationships with multiple strategic partners, including a transparent conductive electrode start-up in the touch panel and display industry, negotiating a strategic investment and joint manufacturing partnership.
